Tamikia is the co-founder and CEO of Carolina Family Comprehensive Services, Inc (CFCS).  CFCS provides a wide range of mental health services to children, families and adults as well as Supported Employment Services for adults in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Tamikia is a licensed Therapist and also owns a Therapeutic Counseling and Consulting agency.

Tamikia and her husband Will Greene, founded The Illumination Youth Empowerement Corporation in early 2006.  Since that time, she has served on the Executive Board of Directors and worked tirelessley to grow IYEC into what is is becoming today.  Tamikia served as a therapeutic foster parent for over 14 years and often volunteers her time in the community to enrich the lives of young ladies and families. 

Tamikia was born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina and has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Johnson C. Smith University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University.  Tamikia and her family  continue to reside and serve in Charlotte, NC.
