Illumination Seminars are designed to enrich, challenge, and strengthen the minds of youth and young adults by presenting them information and "Real Life" lessons that assist them in making positive change in their lives. The Drive-Thru Woman The Drive-Thru Woman seminar falls within the Life Skills portion of "The 4 Pillars of Illumination." This session can be administered as a lecture or working seminar and is designed to create awareness in young women concerning the need for a healthy self-esteem and standards in dating. The premise is based on the fact that companies that wish to hire and invest in a potential employee have minimum standards which they utilize to identify the best candidates. We use this simple premise to emphasize the importance of getting to know yourself and men from a realistic perspective. Our objectives for this seminar are as follows: The session is designed to take young women on a reflective journey on how they view themselves and men.
The Boys to Men seminar falls within the Life Skills, Sexual Responsibility, and Education & finance portions of "The 4 Pillars of Illumination." This session can be administered as a lecture or working seminar and is designed to create awareness in young men concerning the need for a strong self-image and understanding the call upon their lives to be servant leaders for their families and communities. Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence are key components in this seminar and young men are challenged to think before they act. Our objectives for this seminar are as follows: The session is designed to help young men understand who they are and who they can become….ultimately connecting their present to their future.

The Youth Leadership Development seminar falls within the Life Skills, Sexual Responsibility, and Education & finance portions of "The 4 Pillars of Illumination."
This session can be administered as a lecture or working seminar and is designed to create awareness in youth and young adults concerning the need for a strong understanding of who they are and understanding the call of Leadership. Understanding your influences and developing a plan for your life are key elements in this seminar.
Our objectives for this seminar are as follows: · Identify and establish essential criteria for Leadership · Understand who and what influences you · Understand the significance of positive relationships · Expound upon the principles of sowing and reaping · Identify effective ways to "interview" potential friends · Understand the consequences of negative relationships · Understand the importance of becoming a Leader now · Understand targeted marketing and cyclical issues within the community · Understand the significance of addressing and forgiving absent and/or abusive fathers · Understand the concept of critical thinking and how their current and future choices will affect their lives · Understand how to create a positive, affirming, and nurturing environment for themselves The session is designed to take help youth understand who they are and who they can become….Leaders who know who they are and where they are going.
