Target Audience:
Our programs are specifically designed to target "At Risk" youth and young adults. There are overwhelming circumstances, issues, and vicious cycles that affect this population specifically. However, in a more general sense, we are working to empower ALL children and young adults through education, training, exposure, entertainment and athletic programs.
